SUMMARY OF DESIGN GUIDELINES AND PROTECTIVE COVANANTS FOR "STANLEY SAWTOOTH ESTATES"
The primary goal of the Design Guidelines and Protective Covenants is to promote quality design,
construction and aesthetic appeal while encouraging individuality, creativity and uniqueness.
- Promote quality design, construction, aesthetic appeal, and environmental protection.
- Encourage traditional, classic and lasting log, log style, or wood sided rustic home construction, while allowing individuality and creativity in design.
- Establish an Architectural Control Committee and Design Guidelines for review and approval of design plan submittals, and to monitor construction.
- Preserve and enhance property values.
- Preserve and enhance a tranquil, peaceful, private and relaxing living environment.
- Provide for general maintenance and upkeep of private roadways, bridges and other facilities, including snow removal, and the funding thereof.
- Preserve and promote the goals and objectives of the City of Stanley as set forth in the Stanley Comprehensive Plan and applicable City Ordinances.
